OPERATING RULES FOR THE SKYWALK AT VALAŠKA TRAIL

The Skywalk (attraction) is an adrenaline experience on the tower’s viewing platform.
By entering the Skywalk, visitors agree to follow each point of the operational rules.
The Skywalk operator is not responsible for any injuries caused by the visitor’s own carelessness, negligence, disregard for their own health condition, abilities, or failure to comply with the operating rules.
Entry to the Skywalk is at your own risk.
A maximum of 5 people may enter the Skywalk at one time.
The Skywalk is designed for children aged 4-12 accompanied by an adult (responsible) person.
Photos can be taken on the Skywalk using the installed camera device, and the pictures can later be downloaded from the Stezka Valaška website. Please be considerate of others while taking pictures.
It is forbidden to enter the Skywalk with any objects in your hands.
Jumping on the Skywalk, damaging it, behaving dangerously towards yourself or other visitors, leaning out, or climbing over the railing is strictly prohibited.
Visitors are warned that the Skywalk floor is made of glass and may be slippery in wet or icy conditions. Please ensure your safety and step carefully.
In case of bad weather when the Skywalk is closed, entry is prohibited (sign “Entry Prohibited”).
If any of the above rules are violated, the visitor may be immediately expelled.
All visitors must follow the recommendations and instructions of the supervising staff.
Visitors or responsible persons must immediately report any injury, accident, or damage to the facility to Stezka Valaška staff.
Visitors or responsible persons acknowledge and agree to the recording of injuries, accidents, and circumstances in the injury log book, along with all related details.
