December 13, 2022 – Today, Stezka Valaška handed out Christmas gifts to the clients of the Čujkovova Home. The gifts were distributed by students from the Business Academy on Karasova Street in Ostrava. We wish everyone a happy and joyful holiday season.
In spring 2022, we offered several children’s homes and care facilities the opportunity to visit Stezka Valaška for free, including transportation. The offer was used by, for example, the Zašová Children’s Home, the Nový Jičín Children’s Home, Karmel Tichá, and others.
July 19–21, 2021 – Our team helped in Mikulčice, which was affected by a tornado.
On January 25, 2020, a ceremonial handover of a charitable check for CZK 150,000 took place at Stezka Valaška. The check was given to Mrs. Renáta Prunnerová for the purchase of a car for children with disabilities (see news updates).
On November 30, 2019, a donation check of CZK 15,000 was handed over to the Prunner siblings (both of whom had cerebral palsy) as a contribution toward the purchase of a special car.
On November 30, 2019, a donation check of CZK 15,000 was also handed over to Jakub Guryč (Toriello-Carey syndrome) for specialized therapies.
As part of the day organized for children with cancer, we provided 50 tickets to Stezka Valaška for these young oncology patients.
On May 25, 2019, a donation check of CZK 10,000 and 30 tickets were given to the Pediatric Medicine Clinic at FN Ostrava – Haima Ostrava, z.s.
