OPERATING RULES FOR THE ROPE WALKWAY ON THE VALAŠKA TRAIL

The rope walkway is one-way. Entry to the rope walkway is from the platform in the lower part of the trail at the so-called turnaround.

By entering the rope walkway, visitors agree to follow the individual points of the operating rules.

The operator of the rope walkway is not responsible for any injuries to visitors caused by their own carelessness, clumsiness, misjudgment of their own health condition, abilities, or failure to follow the operating rules.

Entry to the rope walkway is at one’s own risk.

The rope walkway is intended for persons aged 4 – 12 years under the supervision of an adult (responsible) person.

It is forbidden to enter the rope walkway with any objects in hand.

It is prohibited to deliberately jump on the rope walkway, go back, damage the equipment, behave dangerously towards oneself or other visitors, shout, and throw objects.

In case of unfavorable weather, the rope walkway is closed, and entry is prohibited (sign “Entry Prohibited”).

If any of the above rules are violated, the visitor may be immediately expelled.

Each visitor is required to follow the recommendations and instructions of the supervising person.

Visitors or responsible persons are required to immediately report any injury, accident, or damage to the facility to the Valaška Trail staff.

Visitors or responsible persons acknowledge and agree to the recording of injuries, accidents, and circumstances of injury in the injury logbook along with all associated formalities.
